Executive & Leadership 1:1 Coaching
Individual coaching engagements, lasting from 3 to 12 months, utilize the Intelligent Leadership® Executive Coaching framework by John Mattone to connect your inner values with your behavior, helping you reach your potential and improve your organization. By using assessments like the MLEI® and STLI-360®, along with effective measurement tools, you will gain clarity to set meaningful goals, create action plans, and achieve lasting growth. This process will boost your self-awareness, enhance your influence, and increase your impact for remarkable results.
Small Cohort-Based Group Coaching
Group coaching blends individual transformation with the strength of a peer community. You’ll leave each session with greater clarity, new ideas to apply, and a growing sense of alignment with the leader you’re becoming. Each of our three programs – Aspiring Leaders, New Leaders, and Advancing Leaders – offers a guided curriculum to help you deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your presence, and develop the habits and mindsets that support lasting leadership success.
Executive Circles
Interest lists are forming for our first Executive Circle, a 12-month membership network for 8 to 16 executive leaders (EVP/SVP/VP) looking to dramatically improve their leadership skills and drive transformation in their organizations. Members will connect with peers from different industries and gain new insights on strategy, decision-making, and talent leadership. Benefits include monthly one-on-one coaching using the Intelligent Leadership® framework, group coaching and networking sessions, and 1 to 2 annual 2.5-day in-person retreats.
