Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Kimberly Prentiss, Founder of Ignite Change Global, Executive Coach, and former fast-growth startup and Fortune 500 leader. I’ve worked alongside a founding CEO to help scale a startup to unicorn status through an exit, led communications and culture transformation for a 42,000-person global organization, and coached C-suite leaders through some of the most complex growth and change challenges.
Now I bring that experience to leaders and organizations navigating their own high-stakes moments — whether you’re stepping into leadership, scaling through investment, or driving transformation across a complex organization. My work combines the rigor of a proven executive coaching methodology with the practical perspective of someone who has been in the room when the stakes were high, and the playbook didn’t exist.

Culture Accelerator
A targeted 3-month engagement for VC/PE-backed organizations and high-growth companies navigating rapid scale, post-acquisition integration, or heightened performance expectations, combining individual executive coaching with leadership team engagement to drive alignment and execution.
Using proven assessments—leadership readiness (CTRA-40®), cultural alignment (5CCA®), and individual profiles (MLEI®, DiSC®)—leaders gain data-driven insight into effectiveness, cultural gaps, and change readiness. These insights inform focused action, enabling faster execution, stronger cohesion, and sustainable performance as the organization scales.

Executive & Leadership 1:1 Coaching
Individual coaching engagements (three to nine months) are grounded in the Intelligent Leadership® Executive Coaching framework developed by John Mattone, and tailored to each leader’s context—whether navigating early-stage growth, scaling a business, or leading within an established company or nonprofit.
